The company's market cap is still almost triple what Adobe offered in 2022 in a deal that fell apart after regulatory pushback. Figma CEO Dylan Field became the latest tech billionaire in his company's IPO. Figma shares surged as much as 229% after the design software maker and some of its shareholders raised $1.2 billion in an IPO, with the trading valuing the company far above the $20 billion mark it would have reached in a now-scrapped merger with Adobe Inc. shares dropped 23% on Monday, cutting into the gains the design software company posted after hitting the market last week. The stock dropped $27.50 to $94.50 as of mid-day. That's down from a close of $122 on Friday.
