RAMSEY, N.J. and BOCA RATON, Fla., May 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ADMA Biologics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADMA) (“ADMA” or the “Company”) a vertically integrated commercial biopharmaceutical and specialty immunoglobulin company that manufactures, markets and develops specialty plasma-derived biologics for the treatment of immune deficiencies and the prevention of certain infectious diseases, announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 11,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $45 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on May 21, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
