(“Aduro” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: ADUR) (CSE: ACT) (FSE: 9D5), a clean technology company using the power of chemistry to transform lower value feedstocks, like waste plastics, heavy bitumen, and renewable oils, into resources for the 21st century, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aduro Clean Technologies Europe B.V., has executed a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) for the proposed purchase of land, buildings, and equipment associated with a brownfield industrial site in the Netherlands for a purchase price of € 2 million. Aduro will also pay the vendor a non-refundable fee of € 33,782 for the exclusive use of the property during the due diligence period.
