(NASDAQ:ADXS), a late-stage biotechnology company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of immunotherapy products, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a one-for-fifteen (1-for-15) reverse stock split of its common stock that will become effective tomorrow, March 29, 2019, upon the filing of a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Delaware.
