Ce changement de siège et de nom s’inscrit dans une stratégie de recentrage sur le marché américain, qui représente aujourd’hui environ 70 % des activités du groupe. Aegon avait amorcé ce virage en 2023 avec la cession de ses activités néerlandaises à ASR Nederland, une transaction qui lui a permis de conserver une participation significative au capital de son ancien concurrent.
