Following the completion of the re-domiciliation process, which Aegon aims to conclude by January 1, 2028, the holding company will be Quick Insights Aegon will become Transamerica Inc. as a holding entity but business units will keep their brands, aiming for streamlined US operations after the head office move. The SGUL reinsurance reduces capital employed by $0.3 billion and supports profit and remittance growth ambitions driven by streamlined capital deployment.
