New York, NY, Jan. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AEHL, or the “Company”), today announced that today announced that it has received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market, dated January 12, 2026 (the “Delinquency Letter”), notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it did not timely file its interim report on Form 6-K containing an interim balance sheet and income statement for its fiscal half year ended June 30, 2025 (the “2025 Interim Report”), it no longer complies with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”), which requires that listed companies timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rules, the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the Delinquency Letter to submit a plan to regain compliance with the Rule (the “Compliance Plan”). I
