NEW YORK, Feb. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aeries Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AERT) (“Aeries” or the “Company”), a global leader in AI-powered business transformation and Global Capability Center (GCC) services, today announced financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2026, ended December 31, 2025. Based on performance through the third quarter and continued execution momentum, Aeries is increasing the current full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of $7 million to $8 million, compared to the prior guidance of $6 million to $8 million. For fiscal 2027, which runs from April 2026 through March 2027, and based on our current portfolio of signed contracts and active program expansions already underway, Aeries expects revenue in the range of $80 million to $84 million, with an adjusted EBITDA range of $10 million to $12 million.
