INDIANAPOLIS, March 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- IPALCO Enterprises, Inc. ("IPALCO") today announced that it has extended the expiration time for each of its previously announced solicitations of consents (each, a "Consent Solicitation" and, collectively, the "Consent Solicitations") from registered holders (the "Holders") of its 4.25% Senior Notes due 2030 (the "2030 Notes") and 5.75% Senior Notes due 2034 (the "2034 Notes" and, together with the 2030 Notes, the "Notes") to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 27, 2026, unless earlier terminated (such time and date, as it may be extended with respect to any series of Notes, the "Expiration Time").The Consent Solicitations were previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 24, 2026.
