American Electric Technologies ( AETI ) says shareholders overwhelmingly approved proposals related to the pending share exchange with Stabilis Energy. Upon the closing of the share exchange, the owners of Stabilis will receive 90% of AETI shares to be outstanding at the completion date. AETI says the deal will create one of the leading public small-scale liquefied natural gas production and distribution companies in North America.
