Audioeye logo Key Points 40th consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth with improving profitability and cash flow — Q4 revenue of $10.5M , FY2025 revenue $40.3M , ARR $40M , and record adjusted EBITDA of $9.1M (22% margin). Management guided conservatively for 2026 with revenue of $43.0M–$44.5M but expects ARR to outpace revenue (low- to mid-teens growth) and forecasts adjusted EBITDA to grow at least to = $11.8M , targeting a $15M run-rate by year-end driven by AI efficiencies. AudioEye says rising AI content and regulatory activity are increasing accessibility risk and litigation (calling 2026 potentially the highest year on record), and it launched a next-generation platform it claims provides 3–4x the legal protection and detects substantially more WCAG issues than competitors per an independent study.
