"Bryan's deep industry experience and long-standing relationships across the education and brokerage communities make him uniquely positioned to strengthen our market engagement," said UE President and CEO Rick Mills. "His leadership will help ensure our strategy is grounded in real-time insight and that our external partnerships remain central to our services." Elie joined UE in 1995 and has held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Underwriting and Product Development. He has overseen underwriting strategy for new and renewal business, led product development initiatives, and guided enterprise growth. Prior to UE, he held underwriting and marketing roles at Aetna Casualty and Great American Insurance.
