The stock price does not reflect the company's improved fundamentals and potential for future growth. The airline industry is experiencing a cyclical upswing, with increased demand for travel and tourism expected to benefit Air France-KLM. Shares are a buy with price target of $2. Investment Thesis After bleeding losses for 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, Air France-KLM ( OTCPK:AFLYY ) is now flying high as their business has more or less returned to pre-pandemic profits and revenues. However, what's shocking to me is that the stock is still sitting at multi-year lows, hovering just over $1. The thesis will explain what I believe to be a major disconnect from price and reality, as the business itself has more or less returned to normal, but the stock hasn't. Investors who believe in reversion to the mean will want to buy now while the market has completely ignored the rebound of Air France-KLM, and the stock could potentially be a multi-bagger.
