TORONTO, March 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX:AGI; NYSE:AGI) (“Alamos” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.015 per common share and introduced a Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (“DRIP”). Quarterly Dividend Increased 50% As announced in December 2019, the Company has increased its quarterly dividend by 50% to an annual rate of US$0.06 per common share. The increase is a reflection of the Company’s strong free cash flow outlook with the lower mine expansion at Young-Davidson on track to be completed in June 2020. This represents the Company’s 11th consecutive year of paying a dividend during which time the Company has returned $161 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 17, 2020. This dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” for
