AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:AGLE), a clinical-stage biotechnology company that designs and develops innovative human enzyme therapeutics for patients with rare genetic diseases and cancer, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to $50.0 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Aeglea expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares are being offered by Aeglea. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. J.P.
