(Nasdaq: AGRI) announced Monday that it will rebrand as AVAX One and plans to raise approximately $550 million as it refocuses on buying and holding AVAX, the native token of the Avalanche blockchain network. Unlike some publicly traded firms that previously had no connection to cryptocurrency, AgriFORCE is a Bitcoin mining firm that focused on using clean energy to power the resource-intensive process of mining new BTC.
