SH 130 Concession Company has hired Jeff Swiatek as chief financial officer, according to the firm, which operates the 41-mile toll road that runs roughly parallel to Interstate 35 and is famed for its 85 miles per hour speed limit. Swiak previously held that title for seven years at Brightline, a rail company that in 2018 launched the first new private passenger route in the U.S. in a century, linking Miami and Orlando.
