TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Integrity Insurance Group, Inc. (NYSE: AII) (“American Integrity,” “we,” “us,” “our” and the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) at a public offering price of $20.00 per share. In connection with the offering, certain of the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.The Company is not selling any common stock in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale. The offering is expected to close on November 21, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, Piper Sandler, and William Blair are acting as the active bookrunners for the offering.
