TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Integrity Insurance Group, Inc. (NYSE: AII), a Tampa-based property and casualty insurance holding company and one of Florida’s leading providers of residential property insurance, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $1.02 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 30, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2026.
