cannabis company, today announces that it has made an application to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the " Court ") to extend the deadline for it to hold its annual meeting of shareholders (the " Meeting ") from February 22, 2024 to March 23, 2024. Under Ontario law, the Company must hold the Meeting within 15 months from the prior meeting, which would be February 22, 2024. If it is impractical for the Company to hold the Meeting within the aforementioned timeline, the Company may make an application to the Court to extend the deadline for holding the Meeting. On February 9, 2024, the Company made an application to the Court to grant an order allowing the Company to hold the Meeting on or before March 23, 2023. As previously announced on February 1, 2024, the Company is negotiating a definitive agreement with Somai Pharmaceuticals Unipessoal, Lda. for the potential sale of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, RPK Biopha
