(Nasdaq:AKCA), an affiliate of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Ambry Genetics Corporation (“Ambry”), a Konica Minolta company, announced an expansion of their collaboration as the two companies mark the one-year anniversary of the hATTR Compass™ program. hATTR Compass is a no-cost, confidential genetic testing and genetic counseling program for people with suspected hereditary (hATTR) amyloidosis that enables faster diagnosis and earlier treatment of this rare, progressive and fatal disease.
