LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) (the “Company”) today announced that, due to the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and government-issued prohibitions on public gatherings, the location of the Company’s upcoming 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) has been changed and will now be held in a virtual only meeting format accessible at https://web.lumiagm.com/242548877. The Annual Meeting will be held at the originally scheduled date and time on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
