Tankers”), an international diversified shipping company, today announced unaudited results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025. For the three months ended December 31, 2025, our revenues, net, were $10.5 million. For the same period, our time charter equivalent (“TCE”) revenues were $10.2 million, an increase of $2.2 million, or 28.2%, over the comparable period in 2024. Our net income attributable to common shareholders for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025 was $2.0 million, compared to net loss of $2.4 million for the same period in 2024. For the fourth quarter of 2025, the net income per common share was $0.20 basic and diluted compared to a net loss per common share of $0.23 basic and diluted for the same period of 2024. Our adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended December 31, 2025 was $5.2 million, an increase of $1.9 million over the comparable period in 2024.
