GENEVA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alcon Inc., the global leader in eye care dedicated to helping people see brilliantly, today announced the completion of its $750 million share repurchase program, which commenced on April 1, 2025.In aggregate, 9,301,877 registered shares were acquired on the SIX Swiss Exchange, representing 1.9% of the current share capital of Alcon Inc. The total buyback volume amounted to CHF 602 million (USD 750 million).The registered shares acquired will be held in treasury and are intended to offset the dilutive effect of registered shares vesting under Alcon's equity-based incentive plans.About AlconAlcon helps people see brilliantly.
