For the third quarter of 2025, sales were $2.6 billion, up 6% on a reported basis and up 5% on a constant currency basis , as compared to the same quarter of the previous year. Alcon reported diluted earnings per share of $0.48 and core diluted earnings per share of $0.79 in the third quarter of 2025.
