SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Jan. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alumis Inc. (Nasdaq: ALMS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation targeted therapies for patients with immune-mediated diseases, today announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 17,650,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Alumis from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $300.0 million. All shares in the offering are being sold by Alumis. The offering is expected to close on January 9, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, Alumis has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,647,500 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
