SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Jan. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alumis Inc. (Nasdaq: ALMS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation targeted therapies for patients with immune-mediated diseases, today announced its plans to commence an underwritten public offering of $175.0 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Alumis. In addition, Alumis expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $26.25 million of shares of its common stock at the public offering price per share. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering. Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Cantor and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
