Chief Financial Officer — Monika Grama TAKEAWAYS Net Sales -- $2.8 billion, up 7% driven by positive currency translation ($154 million), increased tariff-related compensation ($14 million), and organic sales growth of $21 million (80 basis points). Gross Profit -- Increased by $48 million, with gross margin improving by nearly 60 basis points year over year due to favorable FX and productivity gains, partly offset by higher tariff costs.
