(New York Stock Exchange: ALX) filed its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 today and reported: Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Results Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 was $3.8 million, or $0.74 per diluted share, compared to $12.3 million, or $2.39 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Funds from operations (“FFO”) (non-GAAP) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 was $12.5 million, or $2.43 per diluted share, compared to $20.8 million, or $4.06 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
