(New York Stock Exchange: ALX) filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 today and reported: Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results Net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 was $6.0 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, compared to $6.7 million, or $1.30 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Funds from operations (“FFO”) (non-GAAP) for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 was $14.9 million, or $2.91 per diluted share, compared to $14.6 million, or $2.84 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.
