Margin expansion and better revenue mix: Net interest income rose 1.8% to $77.9M and NIM expanded 6 bps to 3.66% (helped by a 16-bp decline in cost of funds), while core non-interest income improved to $10.1M, reaching 11.4% of core revenue toward the bank's 85/15 target. 2026 guidance and strategic repositioning: Management guided NII of $327–331M and core pre-tax, pre-provision earnings of $180–183M (˜10% growth), targeted ~5% balance-sheet growth and quarterly loan growth of 1.5–2%, and said it reduced traditional securities by about $200M to fund loan and C-PACE expansion while returning capital via buybacks and a raised dividend.
