NEW YORK, January 22, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Amalgamated Financial Corp. (the "Company" or "Amalgamated") (Nasdaq: AMAL), the holding company for Amalgamated Bank (the "Bank"), today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Highlights (on a linked quarter basis) Net income of $26.6 million, or $0.88 per diluted share, compared to $26.8 million, or $0.88 per diluted share. Core net income of $30.0 million, or $0.99 per diluted share, compared to $27.6 million, or $0.91 per diluted share. Deposits and Liquidity On-balance sheet deposits increased $179.2 million, or 2.3%, to $7.9 billion. Off-balance sheet deposits increased $789.2 million, or 11.1%, to $1.1 billion. Political deposits increased $286.9 million, or 19.9%, to $1.7 billion, comprising both on and off-balance sheet deposits.
