(NASDAQ: AMBA), an edge AI semiconductor company, today announced fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2026 financial results for the period ended January 31, 2026. Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 was $100.9 million, up 20.1% from $84.0 million in the same period in fiscal 2025. For the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, revenue was $390.7 million, up 37.2% from $284.9 million for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2025.Gross margin under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 was 58.4%, compared with 60.0% for the same period in fiscal 2025.
