LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AMERICAN BUSINESS BANK (OTCQX: AMBZ) (the “Bank”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid December 16, 2025 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2025. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.00 per common share.ABOUT AMERICAN BUSINESS BANKAmerican Business Bank, headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, offers a wide range of financial services to the business marketplace.
