He emphasized the importance of finding opportunities in overlooked names and the need for diversification. CNBC's Jim Cramer said Monday he's wary of investors piling into the market's hottest trades, arguing that chasing “parabolic” moves often leads to painful losses and that better opportunities may lie in overlooked stocks. “Those are all too hot, hot, hot for me,” the “Mad Money” host said, referring to high-flying technology and semiconductor names tied to the AI boom. “When I buy stocks that are making parabolic moves, I tend to get hammered.” Instead of following the crowd into stocks like Sandisk Intel or Advanced Micro Devices , Cramer said he's taking the opposite approach: buying quality companies that have fallen out of favor.
