The antitrust regulator has been deposing the merger parties, while also engaging in divestiture talks, according to traders, who cited a Capitol Forum report that circulated on Wednesday. Amedisys ( AMED ) received a request from the DOJ for more information regarding its deal with UNH in August. In October, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rep.
