DENVER, March 23, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Matrix Providers Inc., a leading government healthcare staffing and workforce solutions provider serving military treatment facilities and federal healthcare agencies, today announced that founder and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Bill Rivard will transition to the role of Chairman of the Board, effective April 1, 2026. Tricia Brown, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Rivard founded Matrix Providers in 2010 with a mission to elevate healthcare staffing standards for military service members and their families.
