HAYWARD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTCQX: AMNF) reported its highest quarterly and annual sales and profits ever. This marks the 3rd quarter in a row of record breaking quarterly results. Armanino extended its consecutive year to date profitability streak to 85 quarters.Additionally, the Board authorized a $5M increase to the Company’s existing stock buyback program elevating the total amount authorized from $7M to $12M. Under this program the Company is authorized to buy back shares of its common stock in the open market, through block trades, and/or private transactions as permitted by applicable legal requirements. As of 2/28/25, the Company has expended a total of $3.2M under the program, and has a remaining $8.8M available for additional purchases.Douglas R.
