("Amprius" or the "Company") (NYSE: AMPX), a leader in next-generation lithium-ion batteries with its Silicon Anode Platform, today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has appointed President Tom Stepien as its next Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), effective January 1, 2026. Current Amprius CEO Dr. Kang Sun will be retiring at the end of 2025.
