(NASDAQ: AMRK) (A-Mark), a leading fully integrated precious metals platform, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, maintaining the company's current dividend program. The dividend is payable on December 2, 2025 to stockholders of record as of November 19, 2025. A-Mark plans, beginning with its fiscal second quarter of 2026, ending December 31, 2025, to declare any ordinary dividend on or around the announcement of its quarterly earnings.
