WILMINGTON, Del., April 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. announces that it has filed a class action complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of holders of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (“TD Ameritrade” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ GS: AMTD) common stock in connection with the proposed acquisition of TD Ameritrade by The Charles Schwab Corporation (“Charles Schwab”) and Americano Acquisition Corp. (“Merger Sub”) announced on November 25, 2019 (the “Complaint”).
