(NYSE American: AMZE) (“Amaze” or the “Company), a global leader in creator-powered commerce, today announced that on February 13, 2026 it filed an amendment to its previously filed registration statement on Form S-1, which is available here. This amendment, which relates to the Company’s existing equity line of credit agreement, is an administrative and technical update intended to maintain an accurate and current registration statement. The filing does not reflect any material change to the Company’s business, strategy, capital structure, or previously disclosed financing arrangements. The equity line facility with C/M Capital Master Fund, LP continues to reflect substantially the same economic terms previously disclosed in the Company’s public filings.
