The new site offers South African customers access to a wide range of products across 20 categories, including international and local brands. The platform, accessible via the Amazon shopping app and desktop and mobile browsers, features international brands such as HP, Apple, Sony and Maybelline alongside South African sellers such as Masodi, Amanda-Jayne and King Kong Leather. Amazon.co.za offers same-day and next-day delivery options and customers can track their orders via WhatsApp. The retailer also provides a 30-day return policy with home pickup and self-drop options. Amazon offers customer service through email, phone and live chat, and its South African customers will enjoy a free delivery service on first orders and subsequent purchases over R500 ($27).
