In the long run, I expect AWS and other non-retail businesses to take an increasingly large share of Amazon's total revenue - and these businesses tend to have higher margins. It's hard to imagine that Amazon's EPS growth will not even reach 10% in the long term - that's the consensus view to date. If AMZN's margins reach the levels I assume, Amazon stock appears undervalued. My DCF model indicates a 29.5% undervaluation despite some short-term headwinds. The latest financials and management's strategic business initiatives clearly indicate that the company remains undervalued, even though Amazon's market capitalization has long since exceeded the trillion-dollar mark.
