Evercore adds Arista to Tactical Outperform List ahead of Q1 earnings Evercore ISI analyst Amit Daryanani has added Arista Networks to the firm's Tactical Outperform list ahead of its first-quarter earnings report, pointing to a beat-and-raise setup for the company. Arista is due to report on May 5, and Daryanani expects it to come in ahead of consensus estimates of $2.61 billion in revenue and $0.81 in EPS, driven by stronger AI demand and sustained enterprise momentum. The analyst also expects Arista to guide second-quarter revenue above the $2.78 billion consensus and to at least qualitatively raise its full-year target of roughly $11.25 billion. Daryanani noted that the company is securing incremental wins at Anthropic and Google beyond its traditional customer base, and highlighted the March launch of XPO as a potential accelerant as network clusters migrate from 800G to 1.6 terabit infrastructure.
