SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.05 per share for the first quarter of 2020. The common stock dividend is payable on May 29, 2020 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2020.As announced in the Company's press release dated March 20, 2020, the declaration of this quarterly common stock dividend was delayed due to volatile market conditions at that time.
