BERWYN, Pa., Jan. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Annovis Bio, Inc., a clinical stage, drug platform company addressing Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other neurodegenerative diseases today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $6.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $12,000,000 before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. In addition, Annovis Bio, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments at the initial public offering price less underwriting discount. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Annovis Bio, Inc. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NYSE American Exchange on January 29, 2020 under the symbol “ANVS.” The offering is expected to close on January 31, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
