Diluted net income per share attributable to shareholders reached $7.82, compared to $3.28 in Q4 2024. The UK-based insurer's operating income increased by 11% in the quarter to $1.2bn. In the three months to December 2025, total revenue stood at $4.3bn, up 4% year-on-year. This result included 5% organic revenue growth and a 2% positive impact from foreign currency movements, partially offset by a 3% negative impact linked to acquisitions, divestitures and other factors. Risk Capital revenue reached $2.7bn for Q4, an increase of $171m, or 7%. In contrast, Human Capital revenue dropped by $16m (1%) to $1.6bn. Risk Capital has two sub segments – Commercial Risk Solutions and Reinsurance Solutions. Commercial Risk Solutions revenue rose by 7% to $2.3bn, with organic growth of 6%.
