RICHMOND, Va., March 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ARKO Petroleum Corp. (Nasdaq: APC) (“APC” or the “Company”), one of the largest wholesale fuel distributors in the United States, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year ended December 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Key Highlights (vs. Year-Ago Period) 1,2 Net income for the quarter increased to $8.1 million compared to $7.5 million. For the year, net income was $32.7 million compared to $40.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter increased to $36.9 million compared to $35.4 million. For the year, Adjusted EBITDA was $143.5 million compared to $139.2 million. Net cash provided by operating activities for the quarter was $16.4 million compared to $35.1 million. For the year, net cash provided by operating activities was $79.6 million compared to $106.8 million.Discretionary Cash Flow for the quarter was $21.1 million compared to $20.5 million.
