WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Trexon from Audax Private Equity for approximately $1 billion in cash.“We are excited to welcome the entire Trexon team to the Amphenol family,” said Amphenol President and Chief Executive Officer, R.
